The story of SENSARTE can be traced back to my school life back then. In order to get a better education, I had to leave my hometown and start studying in New York City. My mother used to visit me on weekends and take care of me. Cooking is always her favourite thing. She tried to cook different styles of dishes for me every day, and each dish was carefully designed like a piece of art. I worried that she was spending too much time cooking for me, so I suggested that she could keep it simple. But in her opinion, my health is more important than everything else. Not only does she want me to eat healthy, but to eat comfortably. She told me that whenever she holds a pot handle, she feels that cooking is a kind of enjoyment, and this kind of enjoyment would become a kind of love transmission.

Instead of persuading her to stop, I chose to cook with her. From the preparation of ingredients to the completion of each process, and finally becoming a unique "work of art" on the table, I gradually realized the kind of enjoyment that my mother said. I began to look forward to the arrival of every weekend. When cooking with my mother, I would temporarily forget the hard work and loneliness of studying in a different place.

However, something unexpected happened.

I still remember it was a sunny Sunday and I was preparing for my school project for the next day. My mother was preparing lunch by herself in the kitchen. She believed that I have studied too hard these days and planned to cook some nourishing dishes for me. At that time, I was worrying about the data, and the phone rang from the living room, followed by the sound of my mother trotting. Just when I had an inspiration, I heard a  sharp scream suddenly. I put down what I was doing and hurried to the kitchen. I saw my mother's hands were so red and swollen that she couldn't barely move.

It turned out that when my mother was answering the phone, the soup in the pot on the stove had boiled, and the burnt smell filled the entire kitchen. She got scalded trying to remove the burnt pot. The pot also fell to the ground, completely deformed and unable to be used anymore. I took her to the ER immediately but still she had an irreparable scar on her right hand because of this incident, and she was really uposet to find out that she couldn't cook for a long time.

This incident broke my heart. Since then, I decided to develop a nonstick pan after graduation that is not easily deformed and does not burn. Sincerely I hope that everyone who uses this pot can cook safely and make delicious dishes like works of art for their loved ones. Luckily my idea was quickly appreciated by investors. When deciding on the brand name, I recalled something my mother told me: Whenever she holds a pot handle, she feels that cooking is a kind of enjoyment, and this kind of enjoyment would become a kind of love transmission. And the food under the hands of every cook is an art, and SENSARTE has been born since then.
