Recipe of Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Marinate The Chicken Wings
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Sear on The Stovetop

- Add the marinated wings in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Add Sweet & Tangy Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Brush the mixture generously over the seared wings in the pan.
Grill in The Oven

- Transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 400°F. Bake for 15-18 minutes, turning once and brushing with extra glaze halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Garnish & Serve
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!
