Recipe of Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Marinate The Chicken Wings

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.                                                                                                                                                 
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Sear on The Stovetop

  • Preheat your SENSARTE Detachable Handle Nonstick Frying Pan over medium-high heat.                                                                                                                                              
  • Add the marinated wings in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Add Sweet & Tangy Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar.                                                                                                                                                 
  • Brush the mixture generously over the seared wings in the pan.

Grill in The Oven

  • Carefully remove the pan’s handle, turning your SENSARTE Detachable Handle Nonstick Frying Pan into an oven-safe dish.                                                                                                                                                        
  • Transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 400°F. Bake for 15-18 minutes, turning once and brushing with extra glaze halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and slightly caramelized.

Garnish & Serve

  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!
