Recipe of Blueberry Bliss Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsps granulated sugar
- 2 tbsps melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- powdered sugar, for dusting
- whipped cream, for topping
- maple syrup or honey, for drizzling
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and melted butter. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Allow the batter to rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place your SENSARTE Nonstick Crepe Pan over medium-high heat. Make sure it's thoroughly preheated.
- Lightly grease the crepe pan with a small amount of butter or oil. This will prevent the crepes from sticking.
- Pour a small amount of batter (about ¼ cup) into the preheated crepe pan, swirling it to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
- Place each crepe on a plate. Add a handful of fresh blueberries to one side, and then fold the crepe in half. Fold it once more to create a quarter-folded crepe.
- Dust your blueberry crepes with powdered sugar, add a dollop of whipped cream, and drizzle with maple syrup or honey. Serve and enjoy!
