Recipe of Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices for serving

Instructions:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Dice the bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Then cook and crumble the sausage or bacon.
  • Heat your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the diced bell peppers and onions.
  • Sauté the vegetables until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked sausage or bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the vegetables and meat.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir occasionally until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the scrambled eggs and stir until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on your SENSARTE Nonstick Crepe Pan until they are pliable.
  • Place a generous portion of the scrambled egg mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up from the bottom to the top, securing all the filling inside.
  • If desired, lightly brown the rolled burritos in the SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side to crisp up the tortillas.
  • Serve the breakfast burritos with salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices on the side. Enjoy!
