Recipe of Broccoli Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (any variety)
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- optional garnishes: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare the broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
- Place your SENSARTE Nonstick PASCA Ceramic Sauté Pan on the stovetop over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and allow it to heat up.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn.
- Add the sliced onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Then, add the broccoli florets, mushrooms, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the pan and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and the vegetables are coated evenly. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
