Recipe of Christmas Tree Matcha Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and powdered sugar (for decoration)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, beat the egg, then add sugar, milk, and yogurt. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Sift in flour, baking powder, and matcha powder. Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  • Pour the batter onto your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Crepe Pan over medium heat. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Remove the pancake and set aside on a plate.
  • Spread whipped cream on top of the pancake, then add strawberries and blueberries for decoration.
  • Repeat the process with remaining pancakes, stacking them from largest to smallest to create a Christmas tree shape.
  • Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar for a snowy effect. Serve and enjoy!
