Recipe of Christmas Tree Matcha Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the egg, then add sugar, milk, and yogurt. Mix well until fully combined.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and matcha powder. Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter onto your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Crepe Pan over medium heat. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove the pancake and set aside on a plate.
- Spread whipped cream on top of the pancake, then add strawberries and blueberries for decoration.
- Repeat the process with remaining pancakes, stacking them from largest to smallest to create a Christmas tree shape.
- Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar for a snowy effect. Serve and enjoy!
