Recipe of Creamy Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them evenly.
