Recipe of Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, washed and dried
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the baby potatoes, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss everything together to make sure that the potatoes are coated with the seasoning.
- Heat your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are lightly browned and crispy.
- Once the potatoes are lightly browned, transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish the potatoes with fresh herbs. Serve and enjoy!
