Recipe of Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat your SENSARTE Nonstick Griddle Pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to coat it evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts onto the preheated SENSARTE Nonstick Griddle Pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the grilled chicken breast with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Enjoy!
