Recipe of Ground Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
For The Tacos:
- corn tortillas
- olive oil
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- soy sauce, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- parmesan cheese, grated
For The Guacamole:
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp diced tomato
- 2 tbsps unsweetened yogurt
- chopped cilantro, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- juice of one lime
For The Salsa:
- 3 tbsps diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsps diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- a pinch of minced garlic
- chopped cilantro, to taste
- olive oil, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- juice of one lime
- zest of one lime
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F. Place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- In a separate glass bowl, mash the avocado. Add the diced onion, diced tomato, yogurt, chopped cilantro, black pepper, salt, and lime juice. Mix until well combined and set aside.
- In a glass bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil, and add black pepper, salt, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it begins to brown.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and continue to cook until the onion is translucent and the beef is fully cooked.
- Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin powder, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle in some grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and well incorporated.
- Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture onto each corn tortilla. Top with a generous spoonful of guacamole or salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Ground Beef Tacos!
