Recipe of Honey Garlic Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

For The Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken thigh in buttermilk and then coat it in the seasoned flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.
  • Heat oil in the SENSARTE Nonstick Deep Frying Pan over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place the chicken thighs in the pan, skin side down.
  • Fry for 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken and let it rest on a paper towel.
  • Place your SENSARTE Nonstick Sauce Pan over medium heat, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Stir until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
  • Place the fried chicken thighs in a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve and enjoy!
