Recipe of Honey Garlic Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- salt and black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
For The Honey Garlic Sauce:
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken thigh in buttermilk and then coat it in the seasoned flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.
- Heat oil in the SENSARTE Nonstick Deep Frying Pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the chicken thighs in the pan, skin side down.
- Fry for 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken and let it rest on a paper towel.
- Place your SENSARTE Nonstick Sauce Pan over medium heat, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
- Place the fried chicken thighs in a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve and enjoy!
