Recipe of Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsps olive oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place pork chops in a shallow dish and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Deep Frying Pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Remove pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess.
- Sear pork chops in the hot pan until golden brown on both sides. This step adds a flavorful crust.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet, letting it bubble and thicken into a glaze. Ensure each chop is coated.
- Plate the pork chops and drizzle the honey mustard glaze over them. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve and enjoy!
