Recipe of Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place pork chops in a shallow dish and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Deep Frying Pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Remove pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess.
  • Sear pork chops in the hot pan until golden brown on both sides. This step adds a flavorful crust.
  • Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet, letting it bubble and thicken into a glaze. Ensure each chop is coated.
  • Plate the pork chops and drizzle the honey mustard glaze over them. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve and enjoy!
