Recipe of Lemon Herb Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Slice the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into even, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. This creates a flavorful marinade for your vegetables.
  • Toss the sliced vegetables in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to soak up the delicious flavors.
  • Heat your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Griddle Pan over medium-high heat. The even heat distribution ensures that each piece of vegetable gets that perfect grill mark.
  • Arrange the marinated vegetables on the hot griddle pan. Grill them for about 8-10 minutes or until they are tender and have those desirable grill marks. You can use a grill press to ensure an even cook.
