Recipe of Pan Seared Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsps olive oil

  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  • Preheat your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets with sea salt and black pepper on both sides. Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
  • Carefully place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side up.
  • Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
