Recipe of Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • chopped nuts for added crunch

Instructions:

  • Use your SENSARTE Nonstick Sauce Pan to melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
  • Gradually incorporate the creamy peanut butter into the mixture. Stir continuously to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Add a pinch of salt for that perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.
  • Begin adding the powdered sugar in batches. Stir thoroughly after each addition to avoid lumps. Continue until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  • Introduce the vanilla extract to the mix, enhancing the flavor profile. Stir until fully integrated.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture to your preferred mold lined with parchment paper. Smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon. For an added crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  • Allow the fudge to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Once set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into bite-sized squares. Serve and enjoy!
