Recipe of Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- chopped nuts for added crunch
Instructions:
- Use your SENSARTE Nonstick Sauce Pan to melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the creamy peanut butter into the mixture. Stir continuously to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Add a pinch of salt for that perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.
- Begin adding the powdered sugar in batches. Stir thoroughly after each addition to avoid lumps. Continue until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Introduce the vanilla extract to the mix, enhancing the flavor profile. Stir until fully integrated.
- Transfer the fudge mixture to your preferred mold lined with parchment paper. Smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon. For an added crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Allow the fudge to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Once set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into bite-sized squares. Serve and enjoy!
