Recipe of Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps unsalted butter
- 2 tsps fresh thyme leaves
- salt and black pepper to taste
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat your SENSARTE Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and allow it to heat for a minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mushrooms start to turn golden brown. Stir occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for another minute, or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Add the unsalted butter and thyme leaves to the pan. Stir to combine, allowing the butter to melt and coat the mushrooms evenly. Continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and nicely browned.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Remove the sautéed mushrooms from the pan, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy!
