Recipe of Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter and olive oil in your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet or Sauté Pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Then add in the shrimp and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet. Stir until the shrimp are fully coated and the sauce is heated through.
  • In another SENSARTE Nonstick Crepe Pan or Griddle Pan over medium heat, toast the linguine for a minute or two until it is slightly browned and crispy.
  • Serve the shrimp and sauce over the toasted linguine and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
