Recipe of Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter and olive oil in your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet or Sauté Pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Then add in the shrimp and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet. Stir until the shrimp are fully coated and the sauce is heated through.
- In another SENSARTE Nonstick Crepe Pan or Griddle Pan over medium heat, toast the linguine for a minute or two until it is slightly browned and crispy.
- Serve the shrimp and sauce over the toasted linguine and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
